Rockready 10EQ-1 Ten Band EQ

I love it when our friends over at Osiamo Music Gear send some pedals they distribute my way to review and demo, and in the last year, I’ve become fairly familiar with the effects lineup from Rockready. These folks are making affordable pedals, but they actually sound really good, and have a price point that will fit any budget. They’ve just released a couple of new units, and we’re gonna take a look at the first one today – the 10EQ-1 Ten Band EQ.

Rockready’s Ten Band EQ is the secret weapon of studio and touring musicians. With ten bands from 31.25Hz to 16kHz with +/- 12db, you can tailor your sound to any stage or recording situation. There’s also a Volume slider, to boost your EQ’d signal should the need arise. Packed inside of an aluminum alloy casing, this pedal requires the usual DC 9V adapter power supply (center minus plug), and its small footprint lets it fit easily onto any pedalboard.

The 10EQ-1 Ten Band EQ isn’t super fancy, but it doesn’t need to be. Instead, it offers a full spectrum of tones to experiment with, boosting and shaping the tone of your rig to fit any type of musical style and technique.
