The MS-1 Mehrschall will push your amp, your imagination and the limits of all things sonic and beautiful…
Mehrschall is german for “more sound” – this pedal is not a dirt pedal as such, it’s an emulation of a classic amp. Taking its inspiration from an iconic 800 series British amp, the MS-1 features Volume and Gain controls, as well as a full 3-knob tone stack, consisting of Bass, Mid and Treble controls. This section has been tweaked slightly, to help boost the bass a bit and bring the right amount of low end into the mix. As with the amplifier this pedal replicates, classic 60’s and 70’s rock sounds live here, so just turn up the Gain for added rawkus-ness.
Whether it’s the OR-1 ORANG-e, the HW-1 wHo WATT, the MS-1 or any other amp-influenced pedals, Mozztronics has got capturing these vintage amp sounds down to a science. We’ve loved each one more than the previous so far, and can’t wait for more to come. If you have a sound in your head, there’s a good chance they’ve got just the effect for you.
