Vertex Boost MKII

We’ve been chatting a lot about Boost pedals recently, and are excited to present a new version of an instant classic. The Vertex Boost MKII picks up right where the original MKI left off, offering a smaller enclosure without sacrificing any tone or functionality. Not just a signal booster – this one enhances and drives any rig that needs it.

At 33% slimmer than the Boost MKI, the MKII easily sneaks onto any pedalboard. The top-mounted jacks save more space still, and there’s even an 1/8″ jack to allow for Expression control (more on that in a bit). Able to accommodate both line- and instrument-level signals, the Boost MKII also includes ultra-linear input/output buffers that are guaranteed to elevate the sound of your entire rig. This stompbox’s buffers can propel a typical mid-level rig into pro-level territory with zero tonal coloration. And if your rig is already 99% of the way there, the Boost MKII will deliver that elusive missing 1%.

– Boost pedal with +16dB of ultra-transparent level over unity gain
– Drives your amp into saturation or gives your solos a squeaky-clean level bump
– Accommodates both line- and instrument-level signals
– Ultra-linear buffers condition your entire signal path, ensuring optimal input and stable output impedance
– 1-megohm input buffer compensates for pickup loading
– 100-ohm output buffer tackles arena-sized cable runs like a champ
– Converts a noisy passive effects loop into a max-quality, whisper-quiet active loop
– Insert jack enables volume adjustment via an external volume or expression pedal while keeping your guitar’s signal isolated and free of “tone suck”

Again, the Vertex Boost MKII is a boost pedal at heart, but can also be so much more.
