We’re looking at 2 pedals a week for the next couple months, continuing today with The Seesaw Pitch Shifter V2. This one isn’t for everyone, but for those of us who love the weird and wobbly, get ready for a topsy-turvy ride….
The Seesaw V2 gives you eight different ways to twist and transform your signal, taking you anywhere from subtle background harmonies to crushing seasick cacophonies. The Mix and Volume controls remain constant in each pitch shifting Mode, while other parameters include Articulation, Octave Volume, High Pass Filter, Degenerate, Aliaser Frequency, Ring Modulation and more. An added Expression Out jack gives you even more control over this wild ride of pitch shifting madness as well (see our demo below to hear it in action).
The Seesaw Pitch Shifter V2 pushes your modulation into new and exciting realms, some of which won’t be handled well by certain players. No bother here, though: we like to get weird, and this pedal does just that, plus a lot more we never even expected.
