Glarry GTL Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar

We’ve got a first today, as this review is not for a PEDAL, but for a GUITAR. The folks at Glarry contacted us and asked if we’d like to check out their GTL Semi-Hollow model, and we couldn’t say no. This $120 instrument plays like one that’s a lot more expensive, and while it’s not in the upper echelon of fine guitars, it is an excellent choice for beginners, weekend warriors and even those who plays gigs out and about.

The features of this GTL include an F Hole, Humbucker & Single Coil Pickups, a Rosewood Fingerboard and White Pearl Pickguard. The fingerboard and pickups combine for great sound and sustain, and with a classic solid Basswood body and a bolt on Maple neck, you are sure to get the classic sound and sustain associated with this style of guitar. The F-Hole, semi-hollow structure design imparts tempting warm overtones onto the traditional TL tone and creates a slight hoarse sound, perfectly combining modern features with traditional aesthetics.

The Glarry Music GTL Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar comes in four different colors, and the box includes a guitar bag, strap, 1/4″ cable, spanner tool and even a pick. Not a bad deal for less than 125 bucks. We dive into a bunch of sounds below in our demo, even pairing this one with some effects to see how it plays with others. Be sure to check that out, as well as visiting the Glarry website, to get more info on all the gear they have to offer!
