The craziness that comes out in pedal form from the folks at FTelettronica Pedals is equalled by NONE. Creating a seemingly endless string of quirky machine after quirky machine, their lineup is BIG and the pedals are RAD. Today, we’re going to look at their Hypoxia, an experimental Analog Chorus pedal that’s modulated by variable shape LFO. Always a good time with these pedals….
There are SIX controls on the Hypoxia:
Shape – LFO wave
Intensity – determines how much the LFO modulates the delay
Depth/Rate – control the presence and speed of the LFO
Echo – controls the spatiality of the wet sound
Pitch – shifts the pitch of the delayed signal
The Hypoxia also features True Bypass circuitry, for a crystal clear original tone coming from your guitar when the pedal is not engaged. And, as always, there’s no shortage of investigation and discovery with this pedal. A chorus, yes, but so much more, it’s hard to describe – therefore, you better watch our demo video below, for a taster of what’s possible with the Hypoxia Analog Chorus. Hats off to the FTelettronica Pedals crew once more, as they continually manage to surprise, wow and delight audiences throughout the world.
