The Blackeye Effects MVP (Mighty Volume Pedal) is no longer in production, but is still worth entioning and reviewing. If you are lucky, you will still find one floating around.
This pedal is a compact, Wah enclosure-sized volume pedal that looks stunning on any board. One of the great things about this pedal is that it does not use a string! No more broken strings!
It came stock with a blue LED underneath, with the famous Blackeye Buffer doing its magic on the inside of the pedal. Having the buffer in the pedal is a nice feature as it allows you to have a nice, pristine, buffered signal without having to take up precious board space with a buffer pedal. The MVP was also made with a tuner-out option.
The sweep. Now, if you are used to another popular volume pedal the sweep will take some getting used to. It is a little faster of a sweep, but with a little practice you will do just fine.
